The French Ministry of Interior (MININT) is part of a consortium in development in response to the HORIZON-CL3-2022-BM-01-02 Innovation Action call launched under the Horizon Europe 2022 campaign. Entitled “Strengthening security and combating fraud in identity management and identity and travel documents”, this call for project focuses on border management and border/police checks.
The consortium is lacking at least 1 police authority and 2 border or cost guard authorities from at least 3 countries.
Collaboration with LEAs could entail:
• in the short-term to mid-term (from now on to November 2022 when the proposal is to be submitted): participation to the preparatory meetings of the proposal by contributing ideas and use cases
• in the mid-term (from June/September 2022, depending on the start of the project once the proposal has been accepted): participation to the consortium as a partner with its own funding or as a member of the Advisory Board
